Perhaps some of you heard about this amazing class offered by Harvard. I will mention few things that make this class unique opportunity to learn from the best about something we all do and love (or just do, that’s fine too!). This class includes lectures from the top chefs that reveal their secrets and share their experience. It involves scientists that are explaining the whys and hows behind amazing dishes. And it is all available for free to anyone who is willing to learn. Or just watch, out from curiosity. Below you can watch intro video about this course.
