I know we’re still in October but it is never too early to start working on Holiday gifts, right? Few days ago I’ve stumbled upon this post at the Love & Olive Oil and thought – what a fun idea! Of course I signed up right away because who wouldn’t want to get THREE DOZENS of cookies. Wow! Can’t wait already. But let me explain it first.
Great Food Blogger Cookie Swap is an annual event hosted by two blogs (Love & Olive Oil and The Little Kitchen) during which food bloggers bake some delicious cookies for each other. There is a small donation involved that goes to Cookies for Kids’ Cancer. Great cause to support, don’t you think?

There are so many recipes out there that I need to start looking for the perfect one now. And do some testing of course. In my case being busy, especially busy in the kitchen, brings the feelings of order and peace that I really need right now. So here we go.
