Sometimes I need to eat something sweet and it can’t be “just” fruit. If you also have this problem you will like this recipe. It is quick, almost healthy (just 1tbs of sugar!) and it’s sweet! And you can vary amount of sugar and cinnamon to suit your taste.
- 2 medium apples
- 1 tbs augar
- 1/2tsp cinnamon
- Peel and slice the apples (apple slicer may be very helpful)
- Put them in microwavable bowl.
- Mix in sugar and cinnamon.
- Put into microwave and cook for 5 minutes on High.
