Adapted from Joy of Cooking.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 5 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 4 oz. Roquefort
- Mix everything together using food processor or blender. Immersion blender works great too.
Yield: ~2 1/4 cup (~40 tablespoons)
